Information Technology Assistant

Join Larson-Danielson as an Information Technology Assistant and be a key part of our IT team. In this role, you’ll provide first-line technical support, maintain hardware and software systems, manage network infrastructure, and assist both office and field staff. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to grow their career in IT support, network administration, and technology management while contributing to a trusted, 117-year-old construction company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming support requests, including email submissions, phone calls and walk-ins, and assign accordingly while reporting on all work performed via Help Desk system
  • Provide end-user support to all office and field staff
  • Maintain end-user computer system hardware and software, including routine system updates
  • Maintain all office peripherals and network infrastructure 
  • Monitor firewall and internet connections
