Reporting: This person will report to the General Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction teams of various sizes
• Plan work for safety, quality and productivity
• Track manpower and equipment time
• Schedule manpower and subcontractors
• Monitor jobsite expenditures

Desired Skills Experience and Personal Characteristics:

• Must have strong leadership skills, be a team player, detail-orientated with strong computer skills and able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in commercial field construction of both public and private projects
• Demonstrate prioritization, organization and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Possess a well-rounded knowledge of construction and have a strong sense of value in making design decisions
• Ability to interact with Project Managers and Owners
